XXImo Is looking for a:

Proposition Manager

You are the main support for our sales activities. From providing essential support to our proposition & solution design team, you are the bridge between XXImo and our customers! Whether it's channelling questions to the right department, sending crucial documents and information (including those on legislation and technical setup) or managing sales processes, you have everything under control. Together with your colleagues, you play a crucial role in supporting our Proposition & Solution design team during sales projects, working out action points based on customer conversations. As icing on the cake, you are our indispensable partner when it comes to data analysis and customer satisfaction and performance management. With a keen eye for detail, you help interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
 
Your mission is to keep the sales process running smoothly at both the system and process level. This role reports to our Head of Proposition Development.
 
Role & Responsibility

 

  • Advising potential customers;
  • Understanding customers' needs;
  • Presenting appropriate solutions;
  • Analyzing customer requirements;
  • Performing product demonstrations;
  • Assist in preparing quotations;
  • Provide technical support;
  • Assist potential customers in making informed decision;

 

Knowledge, expertise & competencies

 

  • Relevant education.
  • Relevant experience (1 – 5 years) in a sales (support) role.
  • Knowledge of Market Research & Analysis, Product & Service development, Marketing & Communication, Finance & Budgeting.
  • Expertise in Communication and Project Management.
  • You are creative, analytical and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Other competencies include Customer Orientation, Results-driven, Flexible and Proactive.
  • Bonus points for practical experience in operating in an international holding organisation, in the payment and/or mobility industry.
  • Good IT knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably Dutch.
