Job Description

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Product Manager to join our small but powerful team. In this role, you will be pivotal in establishing, implementing, and executing product roadmap initiatives. You will actively engage in nearly every phase of product development—conducting customer interviews, writing detailed specifications, and analysing user testing data.

Your passion lies in identifying unmet needs and transforming them into innovative product features that will delight our customers. For you, nothing is more rewarding than receiving their enthusiastic feedback.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and deliver an innovative product strategy that seamlessly aligns with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.

  • Balance short-term tactical objectives with long-term strategic goals to create the leading mobility data hub.

  • Keep track of both the product backlog and roadmap.

  • Continuously refine the roadmap based on emerging market opportunities and feedback, ensuring alignment across all departments.

  • Take full ownership of the product life cycle, encompassing roadmap planning and prioritisation, feature development, market research, delivery, user testing, and release.

  • Engage regularly with users to understand their challenges and motivations.

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of newly launched features to evaluate their success and identify improvement areas.

  • Serve as a liaison with stakeholders, providing transparency, data-driven insights, and ensuring consensus on product decisions.

  • Consistently communicate the product roadmap, progress, and metrics to build support and visibility throughout the organisation.

What we are looking for
  • 3+ years as Product Manager in SaaS (preferably in early stage)

  • Proven experience in managing product life cycles, from ideation to execution.

  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable product strategies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and align stakeholders.

  • Expertise in using data for decision-making, with a focus on KPI-driven prioritisation and a deep grasp of customer insights.

  • Demonstrated history of rapid, high-impact decision-making, particularly in scaling products across diverse customer segments and growth stages.

  • Experience integrating AI technologies (e.g., large language models, machine learning) into products. Familiarity with adjacent AI trends and their practical applications in a B2B SaaS context is a strong advantage.

What we offer
  • A fair and competitive salary package.

  • 32 days of paid time off (PTO) to recharge and relax.

  • Your choice of a company car with a charging card or a mobility budget to suit your needs.

  • Meal vouchers and eco-cheques to support your daily and eco-friendly expenses.

  • A hybrid office policy: Remote work is more than welcome, but we also value in-person collaboration at our offices in Ghent, Antwerp, and/or Utrecht.

  • Work alongside awesome colleagues who are passionate about what they do, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that encourages collaboration and growth.

Whoever you are—regardless of your age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, religion, disability, background, or identity—we’d love to hear from you.
