Office Manager

At SnappCar, we don’t just share cars, we share the drive to make the world more sustainable. Fewer stationary cars, lower COβ‚‚ emissions, and greater impact. But to keep things moving, we need a well-run office just as much as a well-tuned engine. That’s where you come in.


We are looking for an Office Manager with an eye for detail and a heart for people. You will keep our office well-organized and ensure everything runs smoothly, so the team can fully focus on our mission.

 
What you’ll be doing

As an Office Manager at SnappCar, with enough relevant experience to operate independently from the start, you’ll be responsible for:

Lunch & supplies: You’ll take care of a delicious, healthy lunch and ensure the coffee, tea, and snack supplies are always stocked.

Onboarding: You’ll give new Snappies a warm welcome and ensure they have everything they need for a smooth start.

Office support: You’ll keep the office running, from managing supplier contacts to handling practical day-to-day tasks.

Culture & connection: You’ll create a warm and inclusive workspace where colleagues enjoy coming together.

Team activities: You’ll help organize team events and gatherings that make our team even stronger.

  • You love supporting others and get satisfaction from keeping everything running smoothly.

  • You spot what needs to be done and act on it without being asked.

  • You’re social, approachable, and energized by a lively office environment.

  • You care about sustainability and enjoy thinking along about eco-friendly solutions.

  • You are available for 16–20 hours per week, spread over 2–3 days at our office in Utrecht.
