Head of Growth

As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for driving SnappCar’s growth and strengthening our position as the go-to car-sharing platform. You will develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to boost brand awareness, enhance customer engagement and drive user acquisition and retention. You will collaborate closely with other departments, ensuring our marketing efforts align with the company’s vision and goals.

Dutch language skills are a hard requirement for this position!

About the job

As a Head of Growth at SnappCar, your focus is on performance marketing and digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media. You’ll work closely with multiple external parties and your own SnappcCar team to; boost rentals through new customer acquisition, increase retention and Customer Lifetime Value & continuously balance acquisition cost with growth ambition. 

These are some of the topics you will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to accelerate growth and ensure the right balance between brand and performance marketing;

• Strengthen SnappCar’s brand identity;

• Create and manage the marketing calendar;

• Oversee all marketing channels and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong ROI for all campaigns; 

• Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing activities, using data to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs;

• Manage the internal marketing team and external supporting marketing agencies;

• Design, implement, and refine growth experiments—both digital and physical—to unlock exponential scaling opportunities;

• Work together with internal colleagues to ensure our B2B targets are met and to align marketing with product development;

About you

The ideal Head of Growth at SnappCar is a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a strong background in marketing. With at least 7 years of experience in marketing —preferably within e-commerce, a marketing agency or a digital platform— you have a proven track record of growing a brand and business.

You bring excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire internal and external audiences, together with a commercial mindset. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are action-oriented, and have a hands-on, proactive attitude, always looking for ways to add value. Your eagerness to succeed is matched by your ability to spot and pursue opportunities with a light opportunistic approach. You are able to think in a strategic way with a hands-on approach and the ability to execute at both a high and detailed level. You have strong leadership skills and experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

Additionally, you have an intrinsic passion for SnappCar’s mission and are excited about the role technology plays in sustainable mobility, with experience in keyless technology or tech platforms being a strong plus.
